I've been working in tech for more than a decade, and during those years I've interviewed a lot of freshers and junior engineers. Something began to bother me. Many of them were smart, capable, and genuinely trying their best. But they still struggled to get interviews, let alone offers.

That's what pushed me to build a platform that focuses on outcomes instead of just creating a nice-looking resume.
